What’s included in your social media content creating services?

How relevant is the content that you post? Can I be sure your content will be relevant to my business?

Yes, you can be sure. All the content that we create will be specially crafted for your business to engage your audience.

Do I have to provide content for you to post?

No, you don’t have to provide any content but we highly recommend you provide pictures for us to use in creating your brand. We will create all the graphics and write all the captions for social media.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there is no contract.

Can I upgrade and downgrade at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time, but we need 30 days’ notice to stop the work and billing.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are NO hidden costs. You only pay what you see. We also do not have any contracts. Billing will be done on a monthly basis, and you can cancel your plan anytime.

How will you communicate with me?

We normally communicate via emails and we’re very responsive. You can expect a response within 12-24 hours during the weekdays. We can also communicate via text or schedule calls when required.

Do you monitor my social media for comments, messages & reviews?

Unfortunately, our packages currently do not include monitoring. However, we do periodically check your social media accounts to research content trends, so we can let you know if anything needs your attention.

How will you get to know my business?

After you order a package, we’ll schedule a call to ask you questions about your business. Your answers will help us understand what you do, your industry, target audience, brand voice etc. From there we will research your website and previous social media posts to get a feel for your brand. We’ll then schedule a follow up call/zoom to discuss how we can help.

Do I need a website?

Websites offer another layer of getting involved with your customers. Having a central online location for them to learn more about you is a powerful tool for all businesses. We offer website design as an add on package, contact us for more information.
